Change has to be built. Foundations have to be laid down, and like any construction it requires effort, teamwork and a clear vision to create something new. If you are patient you will see the return on your efforts each and every day. Even incremental changes can lead to something big, in tiny steps. Don’t listen to anybody who says that change is simple and there are quick fixes. There aren’t.

The change needs to be sustainable. A building poorly put together won’t stand the test of time. It needs to last and able to adapt to the complex changing world we live in. Inflexible solutions don’t survive in the flexible and constantly moving world of today.

Change must be delivered, change that is positive. Highlighting problems and helping unravel the solutions is only half the job. You need to roll up your sleeves and make it happen.
